In these general terms and conditions of sale, the site https://www.onevalet.fr will be referred to as "this site".
In the general conditions of sale will be called "The Company": OneValet.
The customer acknowledges having read our general terms and conditions of sale at the time of ordering.
These terms and conditions govern sales to private individuals on the https://www.onevalet.fr website.
Terms and Conditions - OneValet
ARTICLE 1 - Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") apply to all purchases of
next services : The Company provides a valet parking service at Toulouse-Blagnac airport.
pick-up of the vehicle from the car park, storage in a secure private car park, return of the vehicle
of the vehicle on return, and additional services such as interior/exterior cleaning.
ARTICLE 2 - Prices & refunds
The Services are provided at the current prices shown on the website. Prices are expressed
in Euros and inclusive of tax. An invoice is sent to the Customer when the ordered Services are provided.
ARTICLE 3 - Orders
Bookings are made online or by telephone. Customers enter their dates, flight details and vehicle. Options available: interior/exterior cleaning, digital inventory of fixtures via WeProov (€5).
ARTICLE 4 - Terms of payment
The price is payable in cash by credit card when the order is placed. The company declines all responsibility for personal effects left in the vehicle during cleaning.
ARTICLE 5 - Provision of Services
When dropping off a vehicle, the customer must inform the valet at least 15 minutes before arrival. The keys are kept in a safe place. The inventory of fixtures option via WeProov (€5) includes a photo report. Without this option, the company accepts no responsibility for any scratches or impacts.
ARTICLE 6 - Liability of the Service Provider
The company has taken out civil liability insurance covering the collection and return of vehicles. It is not responsible for theft of personal belongings or damage caused by external events (bad weather, vandalism, natural disasters).
ARTICLE 7 - Customer liability
Customers accept that their keys will be kept by the staff. They must give notice of any delay and ensure that their vehicle is in good condition. Any breakdowns are the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 8 - Personal data
The data collected is required for booking and billing purposes. The customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition.
ARTICLE 9 - Intellectual property
The content of this site is the exclusive property of the company. Any reproduction is prohibited.
ARTICLE 10 - Applicable law
These GTC are governed by French law and written in French.
ARTICLE 11 - Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the customer must first contact Customer Services. Failing this, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts under ordinary law.
These documents have been drafted by a specialist lawyer and are protected by copyright. Please do not copy them or you will be prosecuted for copyright infringement.
